1. General Provisions
This Personal Data Processing Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Aster of Asia Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) and the data subject (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) within the scope of services provided by the Operator under the Kalinka Thailand brand.
By providing their personal data to the Operator, the User consents to its processing in accordance with this Agreement and the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. Personal Data Subject to Processing
The following personal data of the User are processed under this Agreement:
•Contact information: name, phone number, email address, postal address.
•Identification information: passport number, tax identification number (TIN), social security number or other identification details.
•Financial information: bank account details, credit card information, and other payment-related data.
•Property preferences: desired location, property type, and budget.
•Website usage information: IP address, browser type, and website activity data.
3. Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The User’s personal data is processed by the Operator for the following purposes:
•Provision of real estate services, including property search, consultations, and transaction facilitation.
•Communication with the User regarding transactions, inquiries, and services provided.
•Sending promotional and informational materials (subject to the User’s consent).
•Compliance with legal obligations, including identity verification and legal compliance.
•Improvement of service quality and analysis of user behavior on the website.
4. Procedure and Terms of Personal Data Processing
Personal data processing includes the following actions:
•Collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating (modification), use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
•Processing may be carried out using both automated and non-automated means.
5. User Rights and Obligations
The User has the right to:
•Obtain information about the processing of their personal data.
•Request the correction, blocking, or deletion of their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing.
•Withdraw their consent to personal data processing at any time.
6. Transfer of Data to Third Parties
The Operator does not transfer the User’s personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:
•Data transfer is carried out with the User’s consent.
•Data transfer is necessary for the provision of services (e.g., transfer of data to banks or legal advisors).
•Data transfer is carried out in compliance with the Operator’s legal obligations.
7. Data Protection
The Operator takes all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
8. Duration and Amendment of the Agreement
This Agreement is effective from the moment the User provides their personal data and remains in effect until the User withdraws their consent. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Agreement, notifying the User by publishing the new version on the website.
