Villas Botanica are sold both freehold and leasehold.
Leasehold: Available to foreigners on a 30-year lease, renewable for a further 30 years, to own the land on which the villas are located.
Full Ownership: Available to Thai buyers or foreigners buying through a Thai limited company to own both land and villas.
All taxes and transfer fees will be split equally between the developer and the buyer.

All private pool villas are equipped with air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, kitchens and designer landscaping. The price of the villa is in Thai Baht only. Furniture package is optional. Reserve fund 100,000 THB. (One-time payment) Monthly fee for management of common areas 20 THB / sq.m., including 24-hour security, garbage collection, general electricity supply, landscaping of common areas.
